We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The buyer pays for return costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Right of complaint
A 2- year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product or damage occurred during delivery.
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time. In order for you to make a purchase on our webshop, we need the following information:

Payment will be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK).
Silenda Company uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days. The shipment of goods is managed with the shipping method DAO.
If you place the order before 16:00 the package will be shipped the same day.
Should delays occur at DAO, SILENDA Company cannot be held liable. The risk for goods purchased by SILENDA Company passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
